Designer Catch Up We got to catch up with one of our incredible Lowe’s Vir tual Designers to pick her brain about her favorite design and her process! Corrin’s passion for home design is inspiring, and shines through in every space she touches. Design Showcase Corrin’s favorite kitchen she’s designed is the Gebera project that she recently finished! Her clients needed a kitchen designed for their new home build and request ed a warm color pallet that incorporated green. This project was both challenging and rewarding as it re quired Corrin to build a three tone kitchen. She was able to incorporate black, brown and green into the space by choosing two cabinet options. The custom black cabinet with gold hardware is the focal point of this space, and centers the design. Corrin balanced the rich tones in the cabinets by pair ing them with Derivati porcelain in Everest White. This timeless, marble mimicking countertop option keeps the space from becoming too trend heavy. Get Inspired Corrin’s passion for design extends into her free time. She finds inspiration in everything from fashion to inte rior design, pulling elements from multiple sources. She loves keeping up with trends on social media on “Design Tok” in the TikTok app or by browsing Pinterest.

Client Focused Approach Corrin hones her design skills daily, but always allows the client to take the lead on their stylistic ideas to en sure the space she creates speaks to their personal style. She explained that at the end of the day it is up to the client to drive the design process. Everyone is unique and their space needs to be distinct to their taste and preferences.
