Customers will then manage their orders and make final payment via the customer facing portal, My Projects. How is it managed? • Sage Support Specialists are a team that manages the Countertop Design Tool orders. • Main contact for customer questions and concerns. • Approve orders for payment • IME manages the orders for Lowe’s.
