Can you provide fabricated material with no install? • Yes, we offer some DIY style programs where the customer is able to measure and install them selves. What if the customer doesn’t have 25 sq ft? • To qualify for the install program, the customer must pay for 25 sq ft whether their top meets 25 sq ft or not. To pay for less than 25 sq ft, the customer can check out our DIY style programs. What is the Lowe’s cost? • This can be found in LPM. Contact your local fabricator to quote any custom work. Can the customer provide their own sink? • Customer can either purchase a sink from our programs, Lowe’s, or provide their own. Who does the customer call about their change order? • Sage Support Specialists manage change orders. Can the customer keep their current splash? • Refer to the backsplash pages. Typically customers cannot keep their backsplash. Can the customer choose seam placement? • Yes, however this may affect sq ft of project which will increase the price. Please refer to the seams pages and reach out to your local Fabricator Partner for more information. Can the customer choose what part of the slab to use and where? • Yes, however this may affect sq ft of project which will increase the price.Some fabricators use virtual design layout software to show veins and seams. This is an additional upgrade. What kind of warranty does the customer receive? • Refer to warranty information. How long does the entire process take? • Depends on volume / availability of material. Contracted lead times are 14 business days. • Always contact your local fabricator for the most up to date lead times. What is the sq. ft. minimum for wood tops? • Minimum is 20 sq. ft. Less sq. ft. is available for purchase if the customer pays the freight charge of $350.
