• PO’s are created automatically in our system once an MO has been placed. • You can search for PO’s many ways but most commonly with the Sage PO Number, Distributor Name & Order Date Combo. • If an MO contains material that comes from multiple distributors, the system will automatically split the order up into separate PO’s & assign to the needed location. • The MO will always stay one single order even if multiple PO’s are created from it.
