• 24 years of experience in the material surfaces industry. • LG Surfaces: Former Quartz Surfacing National Director, responsible for developing and nationally launching Viatera®, growing it into the most profitable industrial materials division in North America.

• Frank, Chief Financial Officer at Sage Surfaces, oversees accounting, financial planning, reporting, Human Resources, and Business Systems. As a key executive team member, he drives strategic growth while ensuring the company's mission and culture remain strong. • With 30+ years in financial leadership, primarily in Oil & Gas, Frank held key roles in multinational companies. As Global Controller at Weatherford International, he led finance for product lines, manufacturing, supply chain, and R&D, driving global operations and strategy.

• With 24 years in the countertop surface industry, Jeff is a Senior Vice President at Sage Surfaces, overseeing field operations, a national sales team, fabricator partnerships, account/merchant relationships & marketing. • Previously, he was Regional Sales Manager at FloForm Countertops, North America’s largest fabricator, where he played a key role in launching new programs and products in the countertop division.

• With 27 years of experience supporting national retail clients, Jared is a Senior Vice President at Sage Surfaces, managing our product procurement & global relationships, new business development, and our customer support teams. • Before joining Sage, he spent 23 years in the flooring industry, including serving as Vice President of Lowe’s Relations at Mannington Mills from 2017 to 2020 .

Cassie’s expertise in structuring her team for maximum efficiency has been crucial to this remarkable growth. Before the pandemic, project managers were responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish. Recognizing the need for a more specialized approach as the industry evolved, Cassie restructured her team to leverage individual strengths and create specialized roles for different aspects of each project. Her team now includes a Scheduling and Data Entry Team that manages project downloads and initiates conversations about essential finishing touches.
