Enter your store number and your associate name at the top of the Formica Sample and Literature Re-Order site and hit Select Store.

Next, select your wallboard (please note, your wallboard should always be the 2021FLIP 2021 FLIP/EVO/WMSBRG:

Now, select all of the samples that you need for your wallboard. You can print out this list if it will make it easier to see which samples you need.
