1. To access the Sage Sync platform, visit us at www.sagesurfaces.com 2. Hover over LOG IN in the upper right-hand corner of the home page and select Partner

3. You will then be directed to our Sage Sync platform log-in screen 4. Type in your User Name and Password • If you do not have login credentials, please email your name, employee ID and store number to customerservice@sagesurfaces.com

HOMEPAGE

The most important items are visible on the homepage: 1. Unread Announcements 2. Action Required Items 3. Live Chat

ANNOUNCEMENTS

1. Click on View in the top banner or Announcemen t in the left navigation panel to read these messages

2. After you have read the announcement message, remove them from your unread notifications/banner by clicking on the Mark as read hyperlink 3. You can also click on Mark All As Read if you have completed reading all unread announcements • Click on Past Announcements to reference all messages you have marked as read 4. Type in key words in the Search bar to find specific messages

ACTION REQUIRED ITEMS

Any order that requires your action to be taken on it will be shown here. 1. Confirm Change Order

• Orders with a change order that requires the customer to approve in their My Projects (selling method: CDT) or an add-on PO / refund/rebill (selling method: ISST or Genesis) 2. Upload Laminate Order Form • Laminate – Product Only orders that do not have a Laminate Order Form file type attached 3. Upload Vanity Order Form • Small Project orders that do not have a Vanity Order Form file type attached Important note: Orders in the categories above are in a HOLD status, it’s crucial to resolve as soon as possible to move forward with the countertop project

4. Notes

• Orders with notes for easy visibility to read and reply

To view what classifies an order as “Past Due” under each category, hover over the info icon

Click on Active Orders or Past Due Orders where orders exist on the homepage • All orders can also be viewed under any category by clicking on Action Required, then Confirm Change Order, Upload Laminate Order Form, or Upload Vanity Order Form • Click on the blue hyperlink to view the order details

ACTION REQUIRED ITEMS

Confirm Change Order 1. For orders sold through the Countertop Design Tool (identified with ‘I-” before the order #), please advise the customer to approve their change order and pay the final balance in their My Projects account to proceed with their countertop project 2. For orders sold through ISST or Genesis, please click on View Change Request review the change order details and generate a PO with the customer for the difference

Upload Laminate Order Form / Upload Vanity Order Form 1. Click on File Attachments 2. In the pop-up window: a) Click on Browse File b) Select customer’s completed order form c) Click Upload

SEARCH ORDERS

To find any order from your store, click the drop down to determine how you want to search by. 1. Select the search criteria 2. Enter key numbers / words in the box to the right 3. Click the magnifying glass to search

To view all orders, click Orders in the navigation panel 1. Select either Retail Orders, Vanity Orders (Small Projects), IME Orders (Countertop Design Tool), or Work Orders 2. Click the blue hyperlink to view order details

To view closed/cancelled orders, click on the check box next to Closed/Cancelled Orders 1. Select the drop down for how far back you want to view

EASY ESTIMATOR

Click on Easy Estimator 1. Click on Create New Estimate to create an estimate in Easy Estimator 2.0 2. For Laminate – Product Only orders, create an estimate using the original Easy Estimator hayperlink 3. View details of created estimates by clicking on the calculator icon 4. View closed/expired estimates by checking the box next to Closed/Expired Estimates

ASSIGNED CFI’S

Click on Assigned CFI’s to view each fabricator’s contact information based on the Product Line they service for your store

DOCUMENT LIBRARY

Click on Document Library to view all our training, store, and customer facing documents • Utilize the search bar or drop downs below the titles to easily search for any document
