 This lead time begins once the order form is received by Sage & Fabricator.  Communicate any and all potential delays to Lowes & the Customer.  If material must be ordered for a Small Project, please do so when order is received.

 This program contains a group of top selling Allen & Roth colors that are considered In Program colors.  It is recommended that you as the fabricator try to have a remnant supply of these colors on hand to be able to uphold the contracted lead time.

ORDER FORM

 Section 1 must be completed in full by the store associate  Section 2 Customer selects:  Material  Top Depth  Dimensions – always ensure a center line is indicated by the customer  Sink Type  Faucet Holes  Splashes  Edge Profile  Edge Location  Custom Options  Countertop pricing is based on  Color Selection  Price Group  Length of Top  Countertop total should be calculated with all options selected  Order forms are to be signed by the customer to ensure they approve of selections.

METIS PORTAL

 Order Forms  Item Numbers &  Training Videos and Guides Can all be found in the Document Library in Metis. All documents are updated in the portal when changes to the program are made.

HOW TO SELL AT LOWES

 Lowes associates are to use the corresponding item numbers for all associated items sold and enter them into Genesis.  There is an assigned Item number for majority of the options on the order form.  There are currently different item numbers for 2CM and 3CM areas.  If the wrong item numbers are used, the job will NOT process through into Metis.  When an item number is entered, the Description & Pricing should auto populate.

 If you come across a PO worksheet showing the wrong information, advise the store they will likely have to do a refund/rebill. You can

requesting an update, but the PO is no where to be found, 9 times out of 10 something was altered on the line items when entered in Genesis.

OUT OF PROGRAM COLORS

 Out of program colors consist of

GROUP 1 4 GRANITE 1330189 1330190 1330191 1330192 QUARTZ 1330202 1330203 1330204 1330205  Keeping your stores updated on out of program remnants is a great way to clean out your stock.  When out of program colors are selected, use the item numbers below as the COLOR item number in Genesis. 2 3  Other Allen & Roth colors not listed on the order form  Fabricators own stockpile of remnants that are not a part of Allen & Roth

DELIVERY OPTIONS

 There are currently two in program delivery options  Lowes Delivery  Home Delivery  Lowes Delivery  Countertops should be delivered to the Lowes receiving department.  Orders should not be brought through the front door but scheduled for delivery in the rear with the receiving clerk.  Tops should be signed for and inspected by the receiving clerk before it can be left at the store.  Home Delivery  If customer opts in for Home Delivery, it must be paid for, and the corresponding item number should be entered at the time of sale.  Customer must be home when delivery is made and sign the packing slip.  If Home Delivery is not purchased, but fabricator chooses to deliver direct, the packing slip must be signed by the Receiving clerk at Lowes.  Home Delivery does not mean install. These deliveries are to be dropped off with the customer outside of the home, and it is then the customers responsibility to install.  Packing slips not signed by the correct recipient will not be processed for payment by Lowes or Sage.  If multiple tops are ordered by the same customer, but split into different RO’s, each packing slip must be signed

HOW TO PROCESS AN ORDER IN METIS

 Verify all necessary item numbers are included in the order and pricing is accurate.  Verify that the information on order form (found on the attached files) matches what is on the retail order in Metis. If the information does not match, reach out to the store for correct order form, or request they do a refund rebill to correct the order. Small Projects orders can be found in the portal in the ‘VANITY ORDERS’ section.

HOW TO PROCESS AN ORDER IN METIS

 The order form must be uploaded before the job can begin fabrication.  If the order form is not saved as VANITY ORDER FORM, then the job will remain on hold until uploaded or renamed to the correct file type.  Please contact customer service if you see the file in the system but under the wrong file type.

 Review the Order Form for Template/Install information (not offered at this time)  Verify address with customer if Home Delivery was requested.  Under Dates, Select “Template Not Required” and Save Changes.

 After verifying all information is correct, “Confirm” the order.  Select “change” if the order needs to be modified.  FOLLOW UP: Notify the store associate via email and phone call that the order needs to be changed.

HOW TO PROCESS AN ORDER IN METIS

 Set scheduled delivery date once the top is fabricated and ready to be delivered.  The delivery day should be the same day each week and communicated to the store  This builds associates’ confidence in the program and your service  Lead times should not be longer than 7-10 business days unless material is needed to be ordered  Once top is delivered, enter in Delivery Date and upload the signed packing slip as COC.

WARRANTY

Sage Surfaces does not offer any warranty for the Small Projects Program. This program is based solely on the customers own measurements and selections. Inspection is key at delivery and making note of damages during inspection. If no mention is made of damages, we can only assume everything was delivered in good working condition. Ensure that tops are inspected before top leaves your facility, and that whomever takes receipt of the top inspects it thoroughly.
