allen + roth SMALL PROJECTS ORDER FORM INSTRUCTIONS

The Small Projects program features best-selling allen + roth® quartz, granite, and solid surface colors and is great for small areas such as vanities, laundry rooms, desks, islands, and more. The program is currently a product only program and is sold through Genesis. This document will walk you through the steps to do this. For your convenience, the Lowe’s Item Numbers have been included on the order form next to each item. This is to aid you in entering the items in Genesis.

FILLING OUT THE ORDER FORM

STEP 1: FILL OUT STORE AND CUSTOMER INFORMATION

STEP 2: SELECT COUNTERTOP MATERIAL AND RECORD COLOR NAME AND ITEM NUMBER - Check the box for the desired countertop Material

• Granite colors are identified with a (G) after the color name in the boxes of the Price Group chart at the top right of the order form • Quartz colors are identified with a (Q) after the color name in the boxes of the Price Group chart at the top right of the order form • Solid Surface colors are identified with a (SS) after the color name in the boxes of the Price Group chart at the top right of the order form o Color names can be found listed in the boxes of the Price Group chart at the top right of the order form o The Lowe’s Item Number is listed below the color name in the boxes of the Price Group chart at the top right of the order form

- Record the Color Name and Lowe’s Item Number in the appropriate field

STEP 3: SELECT TOP DEPTH - Check the box for the desired countertop Depth

• A 22-in top depth is standard and is included in the overall price of the countertop • An Increased Depth up to 26-in includes an additional charge - The number that follows the Increased Depth description is the Lowe’s Item Number for this charge - There is an option for a Beauty Ring for an additional charge
