STEP 6: RECORD EDGE PROFILE ITEM NUMBER - Record the Item Number for the desired Edge Profile in the ‘Item Number’ column in the ‘Edge Profile’ row STEP 7: RECORD FINISHED EDGES - Record the ‘Item Number’ 4926354 (Q/G) or 4882761 (SS) in the ‘Item Number’ column in the
Finished Edge if all four sides of the countertop need to have an edge profile - If three or fewer sides are to have the edge profile, leave this field blank STEP 8: REVIEW OPTIONS - Review each option available and record on the “Calculate” table
STEP 9: PRICING LOOKUP - Using Genesis, look up each Item Number recorded in the ‘Item Number’ column of the ‘Calculate’ table to find its price - Record the price from Genesis in the ‘Price’ column, of the row with the corresponding ‘Item Number’ in the ‘Calculate’ table • For the Sink and the Side Splash items, be sure to record the unit price in the ‘Item’ quantity column with the necessary quantity desired then multiply the unit price with the quantity to get the total ‘Sink’ or ‘Side Splash’ price • Record the total ‘Sink’ or ‘Side Splash’ price in the ‘Price’ column of the ‘Sink’ or ‘Side Splash’ row - Once a price is recorded for all items, sum the item prices to get the total Small Project Countertop price STEP 10: CUSTOMER AUTHORIZATION - Obtain a customer signature confirming that they have reviewed the form for accuracy, authorizing the store to order the custom made top - A customer’s signature is their acknowledgement that there are NO CANCELATIONS OR RETURNS ONCE THE ORDER IS PLACED STEP 11: PROCESS AND SUBMIT ORDER FORM - Process the order in Genesis - Attach the order form to the completed purchase order in the Sage Surfaces Portal or email for to: smallprojects@sagesurfaces.com o Please reference the Purchase Order number with all communications
