Routine Cleaning
1. Wilsonart Thinscape by Sage Surfaces countertops are easy to maintain. By following the recommended care and maintenance, it will help ensure your thinscape surface remains beautiful for many years. 2. To clean the surface, use a damp cloth or sponge and a mild soap or detergent. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and wipe dry. 3. Although Wilsonart Thinscape by Sage Surfaces countertops are resistant to stains, spills should be cleaned as soon as possible. Difficult stains such as coffee or tea can be removed using a mild household cleaner/ detergent and a soft bristled brush, repeating as necessary. 1. Heat – Hot pans and heat-producing appliances (such as electric skillets), when set directly upon countertops, can mar the product’s beauty. Always use a heat shield, hot pad or trivet. 2. Scratches – although Wilsonart Thinscape by Sage Surfaces is resistant to scratches, cuts and chipping, cutting directly on the surface should be avoided. Using cutting boards and taking care not to drop or move heavy objects on the surface, will help to ensure long-lasting beauty. 3. Chemical – Avoid exposing Wilsonart Thinscape by Sage Surfaces to any strong chemicals and solvents.
