Issue received by Project Manager
The Project Manager creates an escalation and identifies who is the responsible party
Project Manager creates an action plan
If the error is on the store/vendor
If the error is on Sage/installer
Escalate to the retail account
Create the resolution
Track escalation to resolution completion
Close out escalation
