At Lowe’s, we have a responsibility to the customer and communities we serve to make their homes, neighborhoods, and environment better. Giving back to the communities where we live, and work is an integral part of who we are. Through charitable contributions, associate volunteerism, and nonprofit part nerships, we’ve invested in our communities since our inception. When our people and communities are strong, so are we. COMMUNITIES We support safe and affordable housing initiatives by working with organizations like Hab itat for Humanity International, Rebuilding Together, Sleep in Heavenly Peace, and other nonprofit partners to identify and address critical needs across our communities. Habitat for Humanity (habitat.org) Since 2003, Lowe’s has contributed more than $65 million to Habitat for Humanity Inter national, including underwriting the Women Build program (https://www.habitat.org/vol unteer/near-you/women-build/lowes), International Women Build Week, and sponsoring Habitat’s Neighborhood Revitalization program. Additionally, our Lowe’s Heroes have vol unteered at home builds for more than 17,000 Habitat families around the country.
