Rebuild Together (rebuildingtogether.org) Lowe’s partners with Rebuilding Together in support of their vision of every one having a safe and healthy home and community. The repairs are focused on the Eight Principles of Healthy Homes, - keep it dry, clean, pest-free, safe, contaminant-free, well-ventilated, maintained, and thermally controlled. They also address the long-term recovery of communities struck by natural disas ters. Since 2007, more than 4,100 Lowe’s associates have served homeowners in need all over the U.S., logging in more than 39,000 volunteer hours to help Rebuild Together complete their nearly 10,000 rebuild projects across the US each year.

Sleep in Heavenly Peace (shpbeds.org) With help from Lowe’s, the nonprofit Sleep in Heavenly Peace builds beds in over 90 cities in the US. The organization is dedicated to building, assembling, and delivering top-notch bunk beds to children and families in need. Started in Twin Falls, Idaho, Sleep in Heavenly Peace now has over 100 chapters nation wide and has built more than 1,300 beds in over 98 different communities.
