Floor & Decor – Estimates and Phone Calls
• HAUSPro Support assists KBSS (Kitchen and Bath Sales Specialist) to ensure customers are receiving a quick and accurate response to their questions and concerns.
• Creating Estimates requires our team to request proper information. We rely heavily on our signatures to cut down on the need for back-and-forth conversations. We have a 24-hour turnaround time, but more often than not, these are completed within the hour upon receiving. • Immediately Requested Info: Product Line, Material Color and Edge, Backsplash, Cutout Information, Tear-out, Contact Info, Drawing from Measure Guide • Upfront Expectations before Estimate: Minimum square footage, Cabinet and Sink Installation, Lead Times, Natural Stone Viewing, Items Included with the Program (cutouts, radiuses, edge profiles), and Additional Services at an Extra Cost (oversize slab fees, plumbing, tear-out) • We are following up with FD customers after their Estimate is completed to see how they would like to proceed. If they are wanting to purchase a Measure, we request a MyOrder link be sent ASAP. • If customers are wanting to pay in full after their template is completed, we are sending an email to KBSS with the customer copied in, asking that they schedule a time to take their payment via phone. If the order is a Storage Buy, we are directing the customer to PIF at the store.
• Customers are provided with a list of acceptable payment options (Visa, Mastercard, F&D Credit Card, etc.)
