• If information is not entered correctly in Floor & Décor’s Storage Buy system, the customer’s address will not transmit over with their Retail Order. • These go on hold to Correct Retailer Data for HAUSPro to obtain their address. We search estimates and emails to see if this has been previously provided. If we still cannot find their address, we will call the customer ask for this information to update the order. If this also fails, we are asking CFI’s to email a portal note after the measure date is confirmed and then release the order from hold. • There is a flaw in the Floor & Décor system where the customer’s email address is not being sent along with their order. • This email is vital in keeping up with the Customer Experience and obtaining the CEA. • Pending Documents is a new queue in which the CEA is sent to the customer via DocuSign • Again, the customer’s email address is vital • KBSS is now providing a daily spreadsheet with a log of customer orders sold on the previous day. This provides a list of email addresses that we then plug into the Retail Order. • Once these are received, we are able to send the CEA via DocuSign on the customer’s Retail Order. • After this is signed, the CEA is automatically uploaded into the order as File Type ‘CEA’ Correct Retailer Data & Pending Documents
