• As this account takes off, the Production Team (CPO) is working diligently to ensure our customers have the very best experience possible. We also want to make sure that the store associates are eager to sell and know that they have our Support team backing them up. • Purchase Orders are sent to CPO where we take action in our portal on their behalf. This means converting Estimates into Retail Orders and processing Change Requests. • We’re working through the learning curve of making sure their PO’s include all of the necessary information needed to convert these orders. Over the past few weeks, with the help of our Production Team and our Management, this has been greatly improved!! • We want to encourage our TSM’s to continue building these store relationships, not only to increase sales but to improve accuracy of information provided on the purchase order. • Our Production Team reaches out to Home Outlet associates regarding pending Change Orders • We search, by store, for orders on hold pending a final balance. From there, we will speak to an associate listing off current orders that need resolution. Our team is really putting an emphasis on our desire to help.

• CPO treats Home Outlet like CTG in regard to the Customer Experience.
