While every member of our team is extremely well-rounded and able to assist with each account, we all have our specialties and heavily rely on each other day in and day out! HAUSPro Customer Service Team

Melody Wilkerson Our Floor & Décor specialist. She is a wealth of knowledge and has become the ‘go-to’ person for the Custom Countertop (KBSS) team. She manages the Support email, so she has eyes on each issue and concern. Francine Hunt Customer Experience specialist. She is the first voice a customer hears! The feedback we receive about her is overwhelming, she has a way of calming even the angriest customer down. Kelly Williams Our newest team member who we can already will be a powerhouse in Support. She has a background in design, construction, and drafting. We are excited to see how her specialties further improve our team as a whole.

Nicole Meyer E-Commerce and Invoicing Specialist. She has a great relationship with our RTA account and handles every single Out of Program quote. She invoices completed jobs daily and deals with material price discrepancies. Amber Ward CPO Specialist and Team Lead. She manages the CPO email address and has an amazing relationship with each account’s Corporate team. She handles CTG and Home Outlet escalations, pricing discrepancies, and Purchase Order submissions. Kelley Edwards Customer Service Manager. Assists with supporting the team in their growth and streamlining new and current processes for each account. Internal contact able to help HAUSPro and Sage in both systems.
